I am stuck again. My net file references the module NM-16ESW in 3640 routers. Dynagen does not seem to like this and does not show me any interfaces on this router.
Rack1R8#sh ip int brie
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
Please help.

Hello,
try another IOS for your 3640 or another model (3660, 3725).
The NM-16ESW modul doesn't work with all IOS versions. You need at least 12.2(2), see <http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_2t/12_2t8/feature/guide/ft1636nm.html>.

Hello,
try another IOS for your 3640 or another model (3660, 3725).

Downloading a new IOS solved one problem but created another.  I am now able to install NM-16ESW module but now this new image is only giving me 4 idlepc values and all 4 of them make no difference to the CPU utilization. The previous image gave 10 idlepc values and worked fine. How do I find the best idlepc value now. My cpu is reaching 50% now with just 1 instance of 3640. The idlepc values that the system now reports is
=> idlepc get R3

Potentially better idlepc values marked with "*"

Anyone able to compile the source code from dynamips-0.2.8-RC2 under Snow Leopard and put the result up as a download?
