Having passed the CCNA exam I am about to study the new CCNP exams namely BCMSN and BSCI. Which is better to use - Dynagen or software simulators such as RouterSIM CCNP or Boson NetSim CCNP? And why? Can I cover all the required lab practicals with these materials?
How about ISCW and ONT, can Dynagen or one of these simulators be used for the required practicals?
Thanks

| Dynamips is the tool for you...It simulates several router models so you can do most of CCNP Labs! Having said that, you should know that BCMSN focuses on Layer3 switches and Dynamips currently can't simulate switches. But you can use a Switching Module in a 3600 series router and practice basic switching commands! |
